These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at PayeeBux,RH.
We accept all international members!
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an
irreversible format. Keep it safe is your responsibility, we shall not
be made liable for any improper access to your account because of
incorrect password management.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Binance Pay, Payeer, Bank Transfer(Srilanka), PerfectMoney account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.4. More than one account per user is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts use different email and different mobile number.
1.5. You can only view advertisements using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. PayeeBux will not modify user account information based on user request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address and mobile number.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.5. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
2.6. There are no referrals limit.
3.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
3.2. We accept any kind of advertisements.
3.3. Your advertised webpage must load
within 30 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will
begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting
multiple visits per second.
3.4. Advertisements can be viewed on mobile phones or tablets. But It is suitable that Advertisements must be clicked on using a mouse and computer (the right way to be shown correctly).
3.5. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
4.3. You can't use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or auto clicker.
4.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
5. PAYMENTS TO USERS *Updated
5.1. All payments will be made via Bank Transfer(Srilanka), Mobile Reload(Srilanka), Mobile Postpaid Bill Payments(Srilanka), Dialog EzCash(Srilanka), Mobitel mCash(Srilanka), CEB/LECO Bill Payments(Srilanka), Water Bill Payments(Srilanka), BinancePay, Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 24 - 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
5.3. The minimum amount paid is LKR.50 From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
5.4. You can only request one payment at a time.
5.5. You must have a correct and existing Bank Transfer(Srilanka), Mobile Reload(Srilanka), Mobile Postpaid Bill Payments(Srilanka), Dialog EzCash(Srilanka), Mobitel mCash(Srilanka), CEB/LECO Bill Payments(Srilanka), Water Bill Payments(Srilanka), BinancePay, Payeer.
5.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
5.7. Users must accept the payments made to their BinancePay ID, Payeer Account, PerfectMoney ID accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
5.8. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
6. PAYMENTS TO PAYEEBUX
6.1. All payments are to be made using the links and / or buttons available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
6.2 All purchases and related payments concern digital content rendered at the time of purchase. Should you face any issue with any of your purchases, you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket.
6.3 Any fraud and / or fraudulent attempt related to payments can lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1. Read our refund policy
8.1. PayeeBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or
failures that are not directly related to PayeeBux and therefore beyond
8.2. PayeeBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
8.3. PayeeBux will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
8.4. PayeeBux is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
9. INACTIVITY *Updated
9.1. Only active accounts shall be eligible to receive paid advertisements. if your account should go to more than 3 days inactive ads view status, your account current balance will be zero(0).
9.2 After 30 consecutive days of inactivity, your account will be suspended and a positive Main Balance will be reset. An
account that remains inactive for 60 consecutive days or for the first
72 hours after registration will be permanently suspended due to
9.3. If you get banned, it's because our system got upset with you, so it won't accept communications coming from you. Our system doesn't accept apologies. If you're banned, you will lose all the money in your account! It's our way of saying: We told you so! You have been warned!
